Our client, Incisive, is growing again! About Incisive Incisive is building a better model for restorative dentistry. Independent practices are under pressure: lab consolidation is accelerating, digital dentistry has arrived, but most practices are only halfway there, and building a complete workflow alone is expensive, slow, and isolating. We solve that through one partnership: curated labs matched to specific case types, no-cost digital equipment, a portal to track every case and manage every invoice in one place, and a clinical support team to help. More than 650 doctors nationwide trust us, we retain over 95% of them year over year, and we're growing fast. If you have high standards and want to do work that compounds, you'll fit right in. Position Overview We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own integrations across the Incisive Portal and its supporting services — every place where our platform connects to another piece of software, inside or outside the company. Integrations are the connective tissue of our business. Lab integrations are the most important: the systems that move a case from a doctor's chair to the right lab and back. Our lab partners span the full spectrum of digital maturity, from modern API-driven operations to practices still running analog workflows, and your job is to make integration seamless regardless of where a partner starts. Beyond labs, you'll own the connections that keep the rest of the business running — Salesforce, QuickBooks, scanner and digital-equipment software, and the internal services that tie them together. This role is intentionally broad. Integrations are the anchor, but we're a small, fast-growing company, and the biggest opportunities shift quickly. We're looking for someone who can flex beyond their core area to take on whatever is most important for moving Incisive forward — owning ambiguous, high-priority problems and driving them to outcomes. This is a high-ownership role on a small team. You'll set strategy, run discovery, write specs, and stay close to the details of execution. What will you be doing? Own the integrations roadmap across the Incisive Portal and supporting services — internal and external dependencies alike — from vision through delivery and iteration. Design lab integrations that scale. Define how case data, orders, order status, and files flow between Incisive and lab partners. Build patterns that work across partners at very different levels of technical sophistication — from real-time APIs to file-based and manual-assisted workflows. Own connections to the broader software stack. Shape and maintain integrations with systems like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and scanner/digital-equipment software, ensuring data flows reliably and correctly across the tools the business depends on. Take on top company priorities beyond integrations. As the needs of a fast-growing business shift, step into the most important problems facing Incisive — scoping ambiguous work, aligning stakeholders, and driving it to a result. Run discovery with doctors, lab partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand real workflows and pain points, and translate them into a clear, prioritized backlog. Collaborate closely with engineering to define, sequence, and ship work — writing crisp requirements, making tradeoffs, and unblocking the team. Define and instrument success metrics, then use them to make decisions and communicate progress across the company. Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, RevOps, Partnerships, and Clinical Support to make sure product decisions land well across the business. Who are you? 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products end to end. Experience building integrations, API, or platform/marketplace products, ideally connecting external partners and internal systems with varying technical capabilities. Comfort orchestrating across a real software stack — moving data reliably between systems like CRMs, financial tools, and third-party software, and reasoning about where things break. Comfort working close to data — able to explore a relational schema, reason about data quality, and write or read SQL to answer your own questions. A track record of shipping in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments where you own outcomes, not just tickets, and can pick up unfamiliar problems and run with them. Strong written communication and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems. High standards, low ego, and a bias toward work that compounds. Nice to have Comfortable working with AI tools, with demonstrated hands-on knowledge of how to apply them to real product and workflow problems. Experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, or another regulated/clinical space. Familiarity with the operational stack we use (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks Online). Background working with physical/logistics or equipment workflows alongside software. Why Join You'll own the connective tissue of a company that's growing fast and keeps the doctors it wins — and you'll have room to take on whatever matters most as we scale. The team is small enough that your work is visible and your judgment matters, and the problems are real: making an entire industry's workflow better, one partnership at a time. What you'll love $140,000–$170,000 base salary, plus performance bonus and meaningful equity Fully remote, with flexibility to work where you do your best work Health, dental, and vision coverage PTO / other benefits
