The wholesale jewellery industry is built on relationships and complex operations, yet much of the software powering it is decades behind. Our client is transforming the industry with a modern ERP platform designed specifically for wholesale jewellery businesses.

As our Sr. Product Manager, you'll build delightful product experiences to streamline customer workflows from orders and inventory management to invoicing and payment.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and help launch the next major version of the platform as AI, automation, and delightful UX take center stage. You’ll partner closely with design and engineering to reinvent what’s possible for customers across North America.

Overview:

• Senior Product Manager
• C$130,000 - C$160K+ per year
• Remote-first role based in Greater Toronto Area
• Target Start date: August 2026
• About the company:
• A small software holding company (about 50 people) that’s cash-flow positive and growing sustainably
• Multiple products in niche industries with about 10-person teams leading each one, providing team members with a strong mix of startup excitement, cross-team learning, and long-term stability
• We have a group of awesome PMs in the Toronto/Montreal area (each leading their own product) who you’ll get to know through coffee chats and cross-team collaboration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the roadmap discovery and delivery efforts for ”version 1” of our current product (10+ years in industry with 300+ customers and a high NPS)
• Scope a “version 2” product rebuild, designed for modern AI-first workflows
• Help build internal operational workflows (and manage AI agents) across customer support, sales, and engineering teammates to improve the value we can create for customers

Requirements:

• 6+ years as a Product Manager, including work on a modern ERP system and 2+ years as lead.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in building and releasing B2B products
• Empathetic leader who inspires others to do their best work
• AI-first approach to prototyping and day-to-day problem solving
• Excellent copywriting and design sense
• Considered “proactive”, “very organised”, and “a great communicator” by previous colleagues
