What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will drive the product definition, strategy and execution to enhance the platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and go-to market teams. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team. This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor. How You'll Make An Impact: Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our EOR platform features. Translate customer needs, market insight, and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements. Define use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline day-to-day EOR employee workflows. Partner closely with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design, and technical feasibility Work hands-on with data — writing SQL queries, analyzing usage patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact. Define and track success metrics, running experiments and iterating based on data. Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership Let's Connect If You Have: 5+ years of Product Management experience Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience Track record owning a product area end-to-end — from strategy to shipped, adopted features Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs and engineers alike Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably Experience taking a product from 0-1 or a technical co-founder is preferred Our Commitment to You At Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
