Job Position: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative digital products. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in translating business objectives into successful product solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements.
* Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
* Lead products from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
* Create user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
* Monitor product performance and use insights to optimize product outcomes.
* Gather and evaluate customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions.
* Track delivery milestones and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
* Communicate product progress, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management.
* Proven experience building and launching digital products.
* Strong understanding of software development processes and product design principles.
* Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of product initiatives.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Experience with SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, supply chain, or enterprise products.
* Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, or Notion.
* Familiarity with product analytics and performance metrics.
