As a Senior Product Manager , you will shape the future of our Cards Issuing products by defining the product vision, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. You'll combine customer insights, market trends, and data-driven decision-making to create seamless card experiences and drive measurable business results. How You Will Make an Impact: Own the strategy, roadmap, and long-term development of Cards Issuing products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Lead product discovery and prioritization, making data-driven decisions that maximize customer value and business impact. Drive the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from concept through implementation and continuous optimization. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to identify growth, innovation, and improvement opportunities. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Customer Service, AML, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic product outcomes. Act as the key decision maker for product priorities, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives. Oversee major product changes, system upgrades, and complex issue resolution, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable solutions. Champion continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer journeys across the Cards ecosystem. Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal governance frameworks. Serve as the Cards product subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring, and product leadership across the organization. What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar role in banking, payments, or financial services. Strong knowledge of Cards products and related business processes. Experience defining, analyzing, and documenting business and product requirements. Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive product initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences. Good understanding of IT systems and Agile delivery practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized approach to work. Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, and technologies. Knowledge of the Baltic banking market is an advantage. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: Flexibility.
