Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product areas from strategy through execution and work closely with Engineering, Design, customers, and leadership. What You'll Do Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product area. Translate customer problems into product requirements. Conduct customer discovery and market research. Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics. Work closely with Engineering and Design through delivery. Analyze product performance and customer feedback. Drive launches and product adoption. Communicate roadmap and product strategy to stakeholders. What We're Looking For 5+ years of product management experience. Proven experience owning products from discovery through launch. Strong analytical and communication skills. Technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers. Strong customer and product intuition. Experience operating in fast-moving environments. Nice to Have AI/ML or developer products. B2B SaaS. Startup or scale-up experience.
