Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product execution within an international software environment. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to shape products that deliver meaningful business value and address real customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business objectives Collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success Gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product requirements Define user stories, manage feature prioritization, and support timely delivery of high-quality releases Monitor product metrics and customer feedback to support data-driven product decisions Identify and escalate roadblocks throughout the product development process Champion a customer-centric approach and continuously improve product usability and user experience Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software product environment Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and agile product development Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams Strong customer focus and ability to translate customer needs into product requirements Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Experience working closely with engineering and UX teams Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives independently Nice to have: Experience with enterprise or B2B software products Experience in SaaS or complex digital products Background in product analytics, user research, or customer discovery Long-term employment with MP Solutions and the opportunity to work on international projects Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working arrangements and hybrid/remote work opportunities Support for training and certifications A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with modern technologies and international teams Stable, long-term career opportunities within a growing company
