Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote — Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil

MoneyGeek is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take meaningful ownership of important product initiatives and make an impact quickly.

This is a critical hire for our team. We’re looking for someone who combines strong product judgment with enough technical depth to work effectively with engineering, develops trusted relationships quickly, and thrives with a high degree of autonomy.

What You’ll Do

• Own product initiatives from problem definition through execution and results.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into great products.
• Build context quickly, identify where you can create the most value, and start contributing immediately.
• Develop strong relationships across the organization and bring people together around clear priorities.
• Use data, customer insights, and sound judgment to make product decisions.
• Navigate technical tradeoffs comfortably and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Operate independently without needing a highly prescribed roadmap or process.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a technology-driven or digital product environment.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results.
• Technical fluency — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs, data, systems, and technical tradeoffs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously.
• Comfortable joining a team, learning quickly, and creating value without a long ramp-up period.
• Excellent professional English and experience collaborating with distributed teams.
