Senior Product Manager

Synthesis ability is crucial. Many product managers can gather information, but the best can take disparate, fragmented information and synthesize it into an actionable execution plan with clear recommendations on next steps.

Communication style and cadence. We are a distributed team amongst many cultures. Being able to articulate your problems, solutions and get buy-in from everyone is invaluable.

Shepherding. Being able to corral your project team so everyone feels involved. It’s jarring to be a stakeholder and not have input on the solutions. Being able to shepherd everyone into a outcome is key.

Must-haves

As a product manager , you'll need a solid foundation across several key areas. Some of these you should already have mastered; others we're happy to develop together as you grow with us.

• 5 + years of product management experience
• User-Centric Design Thinking: Ability to empathize with users, understand their needs and pain points, and translate those into product features.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of the technical aspects of app and web development to effectively communicate with developers and make informed decisions.
• Data Analysis: Skill in interpreting user data and analytics to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to work within sprint cycles, managing backlogs and prioritizations effectively.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise between stakeholders, users, and the development team.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of user experience and interface design principles to ensure the product is accessible, intuitive, and engaging.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in overseeing the product from conception through launch and beyond, including managing updates, iterations, and feedback loops.
• Strategic Thinking: Skill in setting product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech/credit, operations-heavy products, or B2B/B2B2C platforms
• Familiarity with field operations, low-connectivity design, or emerging-market user constraints
• Experience working across Indonesia/India/SEA (or equivalent multicultural environments)
