Help Shape the Future of Project and Portfolio Management on Microsoft 365
BrightWork is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the next stage of growth for BrightWork 365, our project and portfolio management solution built on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys understanding customers, discovering market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and influencing the direction of a growing business.
You will work closely with customers, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure we are building the right product for the right customers and creating meaningful business value.
What You'll Do
Own Product Strategy
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and long-term direction for BrightWork 365.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
- Help shape the future of project and portfolio management within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Understand Customers and Markets
- Conduct customer research and discovery.
- Develop deep insights into customer needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
- Translate customer and market insights into product opportunities.
Drive the Product Roadmap
- Prioritize investments and strategic initiatives.
- Balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Partner with Product Development and Product Owners to bring roadmap priorities to life.
Influence Across the Business
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Help define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Champion customer value and product thinking throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with B2B Software products.
- A strong track record in customer discovery and product strategy.
- Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset and passion for creating customer value.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Work Management, or Collaboration Software.
- Experience shaping AI-enabled products and services.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, or Copilot.
