By virtue of Intesa Sanpaolo, we are inviting you to submit application for the position: Senior Product Manager (f/m) IBD Transactional Offer (Milan or Zagreb) Scope and Purpose: Working on strategy implementation and management for retail banking transactional products (accounts, cards, payments, merchant acquiring) for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group, this position will include following key responsibilities: Monitor performance of the existing transactional products and services of Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks, with focus on commercial and profitability monitoring Propose product changes and commercial remediation actions to improve the performance, follow implementation and results Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation Analyse Banks’ proposals and co-design, co-develop and monitor transactional products and channels in all phases of its lifecycle for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group Lead and coordinate implementation of transactional products and functionalities in mobile applications, including cards, payments, wallet features and related digital services Support development and enhancement of digital payment experiences, including wallet-related functionalities, tokenized card usage and other innovative transactional solutions Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and customer value Support rollout across markets and ensure consistency of product experience across channels Analyse and apply marketing analysis & data (e.g., customer research, market analysis, competitor analysis) to product development, recognize opportunities and apply best practices to product development Liaise with respective functions in Intesa Sanpaolo Italy, co-sharing and managing joint initiatives in product development and management Manage relationships with suppliers, payment networks, processors and digital solution partners, leading commercial agreements to support activities with banks Effectively share knowledge, product features and development expertise across all Intesa Sanpaolo Group Provide knowledge and know how transfer within the team Work in multicultural and multinational environment in English language Required experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge: University degree or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant banking sector or fintech Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional business and related products and technology, with specific focus on cards & related digital functionalities Solid understanding of payment schemes, card networks, and banking infrastructure Fluency in English, written and spoken Proficiency in MS Office tools Competencies required: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Excellent analytical skills with focus on detail Strong digital product mindset with understanding of mobile banking, digital payments, wallets and related customer journeys Ability to coordinate implementation of transactional products and functionalities across mobile applications and other digital channels Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product specifications Teamwork attitude and preference for work in international team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate international activities in multidisciplinary environments Appropriate time management ability, tasks delivery within deadline High degree of responsibility for delivered tasks Proactivity and ability for speed adaptation to changed circumstances Readiness for future business travel abroad What do we offer?
