Job Summary
As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital products that enhance government services and improve citizens' lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, create user-centric solutions, and deliver high-impact technology products for the public sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators
- Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate communication between various teams and government agencies
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences
Working with Engineering Manager to lead a team of Data Engineers to develop data and AI products.
Preferably with experience managing data products.
Experience with AWS data products is a bonus
