The Opportunity: The Senior Product Manager, Technology Platform leads complex initiatives and owns strategy and value realization for multiple capability areas. This senior individual contributor drives alignment across teams, establishes consistent value frameworks, and resolves high-impact prioritization and tradeoff decisions through influence. The role translates enterprise strategy into outcome-driven roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, partnering with Engineering and stakeholders to deliver measurable, reusable, operable, and sustainable platform capabilities. Shape roadmap structure and sequencing in Aha, and align delivery execution and dependency tracking in Azure DevOps. Partner with Engineering leaders to maximize reuse, composability, scalability, maintainability, and enterprise leverage. Define and evolve AI and automation enablement use cases, success metrics, evaluation criteria, and appropriate guardrails with Engineering, Governance, and Security. Institutionalize built-and-run expectations including instrumentation, telemetry, service-level objectives , adoption readiness, and support readiness. Lead rollout and adoption so platform capabilities deliver sustained, measurable outcomes after launch. Mentor Product Managers and Analysts, raising standards for clarity, metrics, value framing, and decision-making. Lead complex stakeholder alignment discussions and decision forums through clear writing and structured facilitation. Employment Qualifications Required: 7 or more years of professional experience in technical product, platform strategy, or enterprise technology roles Revenue Cycle Management in Healthcare is required Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes. Polished and professional communication skills including experience with executive presentations. Preferred: Experience with enterprise architecture or platform governance models. Experience creating diagrams using Visio or Draw.io, with strong Excel acumen. Experience operating within Aha (or other roadmapping tool) and Azure DevOps. Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. *This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
