We're a fully remote team headquartered in the Boston area, with teammates distributed across multiple countries.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a remote Senior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the center of Product, Growth, and Engineering — owning go-to-market strategy, lifecycle marketing, and in-product positioning across our family investing platform.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering on launches, and personally run the lifecycle, paid, and partnership programs that turn those launches into activation, engagement, and retention. You'll move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution. This role reports to our CEO, or to whoever our CEO designates.
YOU'LL BE DOING THINGS LIKE:
- Defining and executing GTM strategy for new features and product launches, partnering with Product and Engineering on launch gates and readiness
- Owning lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging (Customer.io)
- Planning and managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including creative testing and automation (ManyChat)
- Owning growth and attribution reporting — funnel, CAC/LTV, and cohort analysis (Mixpanel, Metabase, GA4)
- Optimizing in-app and website marketing surfaces (Webflow) and conversion flows
- Managing affiliate, influencer, and B2B/partnership programs
- Directing the content and creative pipeline, including UGC creators
- Coordinating with Compliance on marketing review in line with SEC regulations
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 to 8+ years of Product Marketing or Growth Marketing experience, fintech strongly preferred
- Proven track record partnering with Product and Engineering in agile environments
- Hands-on with lifecycle/CRM tools (Customer.io, ManyChat, or similar) and paid social (Meta/TikTok Ads Manager)
- Extremely data-driven and comfortable in analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Metabase/SQL)
- Strong operator — clear communicator, moves fast, takes ownership
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable with US-based teams and a regulated industry
POSITION DETAILS
Working Hours: Fixed at 7 AM to 3 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for urgent deadlines. Our team is committed to getting the job done together.
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), exclusivity preferred
Level: Senior (5 to 8+ years)
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500/month, based on experience and region. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor) — you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
