Your role In this role you will play a key role in: Lead product discovery initiatives, including customer development, persona development, and qualitative and quantitative research. Create and drive successful product strategies from scratch, using storytelling to gain buy-in from key stakeholders across the domain. Collaborate with digital functions and apply product management best practices to build agile and outcome-oriented ways of working. Use qualitative and quantitative data, statistical analysis, and data modelling principles to inform product decisions. Define, measure, and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and other relevant performance metrics. Your profile Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, Product Ownership, or a similar role. Proven ability to develop product strategies and influence stakeholders in complex environments. Experience working in agile organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making. A relevant university degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
