About the Role

As a Senior Production Artist, you'll prepare production-ready assets for print and digital campaigns, ensuring every file is technically accurate, on-brand, and ready for production.

This is a production-focused role where you'll work with approved creative, adapt files across different formats, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and manage multiple projects without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Production Designer, or in a similar production-focused role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of print production fundamentals, including bleed, trim, color profiles, and prepress basics.
• Experience preparing files for commercial printing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Professional Spanish for internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready files following client briefs and technical specifications.
• Adapt creative assets across print and digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Perform pre-print reviews and quality checks before release.
• Apply printer specifications and postal regulations throughout production.
• Keep files organized with clear naming conventions and version control.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative teams, production managers, and print/mail vendors.
• Raise production risks or missing assets early to keep projects moving.
