Senior Professional Operational Performance & Processes

SIXT Benelux is looking for a Senior Professional Operational Performance & Processes to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will be at the heart of two critical performance areas: vehicle turnaround efficiency and damage detection quality. Working closely with branch teams across Benelux, you will monitor KPIs, identify operational inefficiencies, and provide direct on-site guidance to help SIXT branches consistently hit their targets. You will also play an active role in vendor management and support tender processes for operational services. This is a role where your analytical mindset meets your people skills — translating data into concrete action on the ground. You will report directly to the Operational Excellence Manager and work in close alignment with Area Directors and HQ Germany. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs across all Benelux branches, identifying deviations and escalating issues to the relevant stakeholders You conduct regular branch visits to observe operational processes, provide hands-on guidance, and support teams in meeting their turnaround targets You analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across Benelux branches You support the management of operational vendors, track performance against agreed service levels, and assist in the preparation and coordination of tender processes You coach and support branch staff on correct damage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and timely registration in relevant systems You prepare structured performance reports for the Benelux management organization and contribute field-based insights to operational meetings and HQ-led improvement initiatives YOUR SKILLS MATTER You bring 1–3 years of experience in an operational, logistics, or branch-level role — experience in the mobility or automotive sector is a plus You are comfortable working with KPIs and operational dashboards, and you know how to translate numbers into concrete actions You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to engage, coach, and motivate teams at branch level You are organized and structured, with a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in the field You have basic project coordination skills and can follow up on action items and report progress to management You speak English fluently, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage WHAT WE OFFER Attractive compensation package A competitive Base Salary with an Annual Variable Bonus based on the target achieved Other benefits Enjoy 31 days of annual leave and a comprehensive pension plan with competitive rates through Centraal Beheer, plus employee discounts on SIXT car rentals Feel-good atmosphere Stay active with flexible gym access at discounted rates through BedrijfsFitness Nederland — work out where and when you want Swift development path A professional horizon full of growth perspectives within a dynamic international company Stimulating working environment An open-cultured company and a stimulating and innovative working environment, driven by strong values such as inclusion, diversity, innovation and excellence About us: We are a globally leading mobility service provider with a revenue of €4.00 billion and around 9,000 employees worldwide.
