We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager for a 15‑month contract. In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring complex, cross‑functional work progresses with clarity and discipline. Operating between senior leadership and delivery teams, you’ll translate priorities into structured plans, surface risks early, and build trust across stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Business Integration Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of integration programmes, defining milestones, sequencing work to maintain service continuity, and mitigating risks early. Align stakeholders on priorities and track progress, escalating blockers where needed. Programme Roadmap Maintain a consolidated view of active projects and programmes, surfacing cross‑functional dependencies before they cause delays. Work with leads to sequence activity, resolve resource clashes, and keep the roadmap current as priorities shift. Strategic Delivery Plan and execute programmes aligned to business priorities, defining scope, governance, and success criteria upfront. Coordinate delivery across teams, ensuring timelines are met, and progress is shared clearly with senior stakeholders. Coaching & Guidance Support colleagues managing projects by helping structure plans, identify risks, and make sound decisions. Share frameworks that build confidence and consistency, offering lighter touch guidance for smaller initiatives without taking over ownership. Skills and experience required: Proven experience managing multiple programmes at different stages, ideally within a SaaS or technology business. Experience in designing clear programme governance and identifying risks early, with practical mitigation plans. Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders, adapting depth and framing without losing accuracy. Demonstrated ability to hold cross‑functional work together without direct authority, building trust and alignment across teams. Comfortable working in ambiguity, structuring it for others and creating clarity where briefs are incomplete. Excellent written communication, producing concise and useful programme updates, decision papers, and reports. Familiarity with HR technology, benefits, or employee experience domains is highly advantageous. Work Mode & Salary 90% Remote working model with a requirement to be Plovdiv or Sofia-based to attend a monthly office-based team day. Gross annual salary : €50,000 – €55,000.
