Location: Latam (Remote) About the Role As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you’ll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world-class outcomes on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Production: Own production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem. Creative Roadmap Execution: Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving original creative intent. Scope & Resource Management: Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams. Stakeholder Alignment: Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused. Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks and blockers, resolving issues proactively with diplomacy, creativity, and speed. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration. Documentation & Optimization: Maintain transparent documentation (timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings) and advocate for process improvements that support creative flow. Other Duties: Perform other related operational and production tasks as assigned. About You Competencies Producer Mindset: Flexible, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and deeply collaborative. Process-Driven Adaptability: Highly organized and systematic while maintaining agility in dynamic creative environments. Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify risks early and resolve complex team and project challenges with diplomacy. Clear Communication: Excellent ability to articulate creative and technical concepts, making the complex simple for all stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments (digital, content, experiential, or marketing). Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines. Workflow Mastery: Solid familiarity with creative and production workflows (concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, asset delivery). Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level or above). Technical Knowledge & Tools: Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro.
