Joining us as a Senior Project Manager, you will support the planning and execution of enterprise IT initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. As a Senior Project Manager you will: Drive the delivery of IT projects across enterprise clients, managing day-to-day operations to ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks. Assist in resource planning and allocation, working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity. Monitor project performance, collect relevant delivery metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes. Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction. Contribute to team development, fostering collaboration and supporting junior team members with guidance and problem-solving assistance. What would make you a fit for the role: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management, project coordination, or delivery roles - ideally within enterprise environments. A recognized project management certification such as PMP and/or PRINCE2 Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed. It would also be a plus if you match some of the following: Experience working directly with enterprise clients across sectors such as energy, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail. Exposure to cloud technologies, DevOps, or digital transformation projects.
