As a Senior Project Manager at Massive Rocket, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams. You'll be the senior delivery lead for your accounts, responsible for client satisfaction, commercial performance, delivery quality, and team development. You'll translate client objectives into structured, measurable programmes, establish strong governance, and bring clarity across teams, dependencies, risks, timelines, and budgets. Working with senior client stakeholders and globally distributed delivery teams, you'll ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This role combines senior client leadership, programme delivery, commercial ownership, and people development , making it ideal for an experienced Project Manager ready to take greater ownership of complex client engagements. What will you do? Own delivery across complex, multi-workstream client engagements, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and overall programme health Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment to business objectives Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting to keep programmes predictable and on track Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability across workstreams Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members, helping raise delivery standards across the wider team Lead delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches while identifying opportunities to support account growth Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, delivery efficiency, and decision-making Continuously improve Massive Rocket's delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working What Makes You a Great Fit 5–8 years of Project or Programme Management experience, with clear progression and experience leading complex, high-value client engagements Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-team dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders within complex delivery environments Strong commercial and P&L experience, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and scope/change management Excellent client leadership skills, with confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational dynamics Experience leading and developing delivery teams, including globally distributed teams across multiple time zones Strong governance, risk management, planning, reporting, and quality management skills Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, pitches, and account growth initiatives Comfortable using AI tools and data to automate reporting, improve visibility, and drive better delivery decisions Experience working in a fast-paced agency, consultancy, Martech, or technology environment English proficiency at C1 level Desirable Experience managing significant client accounts within a digital agency or Martech consultancy Deep understanding of CRM, Braze, Snowflake, and data-driven delivery Braze certification or strong platform knowledge MSP Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent programme-level certification Why You’ll Love Working Here • Rocket‑Fuelled Growth – Big challenges, fast learning, and the chance to level up quicker than anywhere else • A Culture That Actually Gives a Damn – Supportive, positive, and built around people who want to see you win • A Global Crew – Collaborate with brilliant teammates across Europe, the US, and beyond • Remote‑First for Life – Work from wherever you feel your best • Real Career Momentum – Clear progression, real ownership, and space to grow into your next chapter • Moments That Matter – Meetups, events, and team experiences that make the journey unforgettable A Few Things to Know Before We Get Started Bring Your Own Device – We operate a BYOD policy, so you’ll use your own kit for work Right to Work – You’ll need a valid work visa; we’re not able to offer sponsorship at the moment ID Checks – We may ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card, or a recent utility bill) References – We may request two references, so have names, relationships, and contact details ready For Contractors – Proof of incorporation and up‑to‑date insurance is required A Quick Note on Applications We receive a high volume of applications, and while we’d love to reply to everyone personally, it’s not always possible.
