The Role

As part of a Project & Change Management team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the preparation and implementation of upcoming operational changes within an Asset Management environment.

You will work closely with Operations and the different stakeholders involved across the Front, Middle and Back Office, ensuring that each change is properly framed, prepared and smoothly rolled out.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, prepare and organize assigned projects and change initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Define target operating models and identify prerequisites, dependencies and constraints.
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of operational changes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure clear communication, reporting and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Accompany the change from initial definition through implementation and final handover to BAU.
• Ensure successful project closure and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Required Expertise

Strong knowledge of Asset Management is mandatory, with solid expertise in Back Office activities, including:

• Fund Accounting
• Transfer Agent
• Custody
• Depositary / Depositary Bank
• Fund Dealing Services
• NAV
• Reporting

Profile

• Around 10 years of experience in Project Management within Asset Management / Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Back Office operations and operational models.
• Proven experience managing business change and transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across Front, Middle and Back Office teams.
• Structured, autonomous and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required.
