High-Impact Work – Lead enterprise-level initiatives that directly influence business and IT outcomes Collaborative Environment – Work across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a highly interactive setting Ownership & Autonomy – Take full ownership of project scope, timelines, and delivery success Growth Opportunity – Expand your leadership and delivery expertise across complex, cross-functional programs Predictable Work Schedule – Full-time hours with no overtime required Your Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget Define and manage project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery roadmaps Own project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance management Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet delivery commitments Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and executive status reviews to drive decision-making Act as the key connector between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies Proactively escalate risks impacting scope, delivery, or financial targets Deliver clear, concise reporting and ensure all actions, decisions, and next steps are documented Maintain alignment with project governance standards and drive accountability across teams Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within IT or cross-functional environments Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage project scope, scheduling, and delivery outcomes Experience with budget tracking, financial forecasting, and resource coordination Solid vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities Bonus Points If You Have: Familiarity with voice-enabled customer interaction platforms or similar technologies Background in financial processing systems, invoicing, or other revenue-impacting initiatives Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Experience managing multi-team or enterprise-level initiatives Education & Certifications You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are preferred but not required What We Offer At Trissential, we value expertise, collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
