🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager (Owner's Engineering) – Renewable Energy
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Energy team and lead the delivery of large-scale international renewable energy projects, primarily in Solar PV, BESS, and Wind Energy.
📍 Location: Madrid, Spain (remote work can also be considered)
📅 Start Date: September 2025
🌍 Project Scope: International renewable energy developments and PMC projects.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with: ✅ 10+ years of project management experience:
✅ At least 5 years managing utility-scale Solar PV projects
✅ Strong experience with EPC contracts, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
✅ Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
✅ Fluent English and Spanish (French is a plus)
✅ PMP certification is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and client management skills, as well as the ability to coordinate teams across different departments and geographies.
