We are on the lookout for a Senior Property & Casualty Auditor . Davies’s Property and Casualty Audit Solutions division conducts approximately 300 audits annually, covering various types of audits within the Property & Casualty industry, including claim audits, underwriting file reviews, TPA audits, Cover holder MGA/carrier audits, reinsurance audits, premium audits, and compliance audits. As the Senior Property & Casualty Auditor, you will be responsible for developing customized audit plans tailored to client’s needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized auditing experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct complex and high-level audit Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations Support company values of We are Dynamic, We are Innovative, We are Connected, and We Succeed Together Perform other duties as assigned This is a full-time, home-based position that may require some travel. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience Technical underwriting experience required 10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred 5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired Experience with the London market is a plus Independently perform detailed claim audits Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels Some travel required Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team Job Benefits At Davies North America, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and future of our qualifying employees.
