Senior Property Manager . U.S. Residential Portfolio

Schedule: Includes rotating weekends
BricksFolios.com is a Seattle-based wealth-tech and property management company. We are hiring an experienced Senior Property Manager in Pakistan to manage a portfolio of residential properties in the United States.
This is not an assistant, coordinator, or task-based support position.
You will be responsible for the daily performance of your assigned portfolio. You must be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, communicating with U.S. property owners and tenants, and leading other team members.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage leasing, lease renewals, tenant communication, maintenance, property turnovers, late rent, and escalations
- Act as the main contact for property owners
- Send owners regular and proactive updates about their properties
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
- Review repair requests, approve work, track deadlines, and control costs
- Improve occupancy, lease renewal rates, tenant satisfaction, and portfolio performance
- Maintain accurate records and follow U.S. property management procedures
- Support and guide leasing, maintenance, and customer service team members
- Improve processes, SOPs, accountability, and service quality
You May Be a Strong Fit If You
- Have hands-on experience managing U.S. single-family homes or small multifamily properties
- Can independently handle difficult owner, tenant, vendor, maintenance, and operational issues
- Have strong leadership, judgment, ownership, and attention to detail
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based property owners and residents
- Understand lease renewals, notices, late rent, tenant communication, maintenance, and property turnover processes
- Have experience using Rentvine, ShowMojo, Follow Up Boss, Zillow Rental Manager, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar software
- Can work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time hours / your night shift 6-days a week
- Have a quiet and dedicated home office
- Have a professional headset, a laptop or desktop with at least 16GB RAM, and reliable internet of at least 50 Mbps
Important Experience Requirement
Your experience must be directly related to U.S. residential property management.
Experience mainly in the following areas will not qualify:
- Facility management
- Commercial property management
- Office or building administration
- Large apartment communities
- General real estate experience without direct property management responsibility
The number of years you have worked is less important than the type of portfolio you managed and the level of responsibility you handled.
