About the Opportunity
The Senior Proposal Manager will coordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, RFQ, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
- Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
- Provide direction and assistance to an offshore proposal and content management team.
- Assist with development of proposal plan and the management of resources to ensure proposal schedule, budget, content, quality, and specification requirements are met.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and present results to management.
- Complete and submit documents to the appropriate departments.
- Detail oriented, technical and task focused.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally focused in communications, marketing, English, etc. Advanced degree preferred.
- Self-starter capable of identifying challenges, responding to issues, and proactively implementing effective solutions with limited supervision in a global matrix environment.
- At least 3 years of proposal writing experience for competitive bids
- Proposal management experience in the BPO, Contact Center Industry
- Experience utilizing SharePoint or similar systems
- Advanced MS Word / PowerPoint skills & proficient in MS Office / Adobe
- Proposal automation software (Loopio or similar) experience.
- Strong time management / prioritization skills.
- Communicate and influence at a senior level.
- Strong writing ability in the English language.
- Ability to work US Eastern Business Hours, Monday through Friday, from 8am – 5pm ET.
Location: Fully Remote
Travel: Occasional, both domestic and international
