About The Role
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and adaptable Senior Proposal Specialist to join our team in Perth, Brisbane or Newcastle. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, partnering with technical experts to develop compelling proposals, drive winning strategies, and help secure exciting opportunities for the business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in leading the development of high-quality proposals and other pursuit related documents including prequalification’s and win plans in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- The ability to craft compelling value propositions and executive summaries and edit technical and non-technical content to ensure clarity and impact.
- Someone who is adaptable, resilient and highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and work effectively through change.
- A proactive team player who approaches challenges with curiosity and identifies solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with technical experts and other stakeholders to to deliver winning outcomes.
