Senior Public Relations Manager

We are a regional marketing and communications firm operating across Southeast Asia and India, specializing in technology and professional services. As we expand across the region, we’re seeking motivated talent to join our Media Relations team.

What you’ll do:

Client Focus & Engagement

• Keep up to date on trends impacting technology, professional services, financial services, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain client relationships, exploring opportunities for service expansion.
• Plan and execute communications campaigns across media engagement, internal communications, and events.
• Monitor competitors to identify opportunities for client promotion.
• Measure and report campaign results and team resource utilization.
• Manage client engagement with a focus on profitability and business targets.

Team Management

• Develop media pitches and storylines with your team, ensuring quality in news releases, blog posts, and other content.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor account executives in client servicing skills.
• Guide the team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional client programmes.

We’re looking for

• A relevant degree or higher from a reputable institution.
• 7+ years’ experience in a PR, digital communications, or marketing communications agency.
• Excellent command of English and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, across US, European, and Asian time zones.
• Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Multinational experience and understanding of regional business environments preferred.
