Senior Pytha CAD Designer (AU Joinery, WFH)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using PYTHA 3D CAD (v25 or higher preferred).
• Strong experience with PYTHA and working knowledge of Alphacam and other CAM software.
• Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and production processes in joinery and furniture manufacturing.
• Proven experience in architectural joinery and furniture design.
• Experience preparing shop drawings and implementing drawings for CNC machining.
• Knowledge and understanding of 5-axis CNC machining; hands-on experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with Flexijet measuring technology is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing files using Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and meet project deadlines.

What will you do?

• Architectural drawing interpretation and development of detail oriented 3D models and shop drawings using Pytha 3D CAD v25 and higher.
• Working closely with the CAD and operations managers and reporting to the director.
• Shop drawing submission to architects, builders and clients and managing clear and professional communications throughout the project life span.
• Maintain organised documentation for all drawings, revisions and versions for implementation.
• Collaboration and communication with the production team to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Communication and file sharing with the production team within the factory, and the installation team onsite who also use Pytha and Pytha viewer.
• Working with Flexijet files for site measurements. Site measuring experience is a plus.
• Processing approved drawings for implementation using Alphacam, creating and applying efficient toolpathing, strategies and macros for streamlined
