Roles & Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end technical delivery, architecture, and development.
• Leads incident triage, root-cause analysis, and release rollback decisions.
• Owns weekly service review, monthly governance, and risk reporting.
• Drives token cost model, tier, and Gemini platform change initiatives.
• Maintains runbook and operational knowledge base standards across the engagement.
• Recommends prompt, retrieval, and guardrail tuning; contributes to token cost optimization.
