IT Search is exclusively partnered with an Irish technology company that develops highly scalable, real-time software platforms supporting large volumes of transactions across a global user base.

They're looking to hire a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a high-calibre engineering team focused on delivering reliable, performant software in a complex distributed environment. This is very much an SDET-style role, where quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle rather than treated as a final stage of delivery.

Key requirements:

• Strong automation testing experience with Python preferred (Java also considered)
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
• Strong API testing experience
• Performance and load testing using JMeter
• Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQL/MySQL and Linux/Unix environments
• Ability to work closely with software engineers to drive quality across the development lifecycle
