Who we are The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with a focus on test automation. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, create test plans, and contribute to the overall improvement of our testing processes. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying and reporting issues and defects Work closely with manual testing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage Participate in the identification and implementation of test automation best practices Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by providing feedback on areas of improvement Troubleshoot and debug issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation tools and methodologies What you'll bring along Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is required Minimum 5-7 years of experience within software testing area Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript Experience with automated testing tools, such as Playwright, Appium, or similar Proven experience in automation testing using Java for web applications and APIs Proficient in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven) Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze log files, and work with developers to resolve defects Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools ISTQB (or equivalent) Foundation Level certification is desirable Knowledge of Scrum, Agile is essential Good speaking capability in English Document What’s in it for you ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
