Senior QA and Test Engineer Position Summary: CoachMePlus is now hiring a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in support of an exciting DoW human performance platform product support initiative. The position may require a government security clearance to be processed, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for consideration. Ability to create an entire testing methodology and approach and to rationalize the existing test infrastructure. CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for quick, reliable deployments. Testing Automation: Improve performance of current test suites to improve velocity of current developers Ability to use AI processes to improve test coverage and speed. Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline and infrastructure. Collaboration & Mentorship: Bridge Dev and Ops teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers. Ability to build testing architecture for the mobile applications that are associated with our enterprise solution. Strategy & Documentation: create roadmaps, and document processes and procedures. Enforce best practices for development, development and system documentation. Manage testing process and testing personnel and resources Organize work plans, estimate tasks, and deliver finished projects to meet important deadlines. Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance to other developers, sales staff and customers. Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to various technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications US Citizenship required 8+ years of Testing experience, including experience as a senior team resource 4+ years of Testing experience on large, complex enterprise systems Ability to architect solutions to complex problems using industry-standard open-source frameworks Experience working on a large enterprise platform with thousands of users Experience scaling software platforms from limited specialty use to broad user adoption Code versioning with Git with ability to interactively rebase Ability to test and review the code of your peers Preferred Qualifications: Relational Databases Linux, Scripting Tools PHP (Object-Oriented Programming) PHP Frameworks, PHP Package Managers
