This is the job In Bulgaria within the Lottery industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team. This is you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English. Familiarity with QA best practices and agile methodologies. Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira Zephyr etc. Good experience and coding ability in any of the following programming languages: Java, Groovy, Python, Javascript, Typescript, and C++. Good experience with automation frameworks using tools like: Selenium, Cypress, Webdriver.io, Cucumber, SoapUI, Spock/ Geb, or similar. Experience in testing and developing Web services (REST or SOAP) is a plus. Familiarity with using version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub). Experience in testing web and mobile applications. Good understanding of APIs and ability to use tools like Postman or SoapUI. Experience with databases and ability to write simple queries. ISTQB Foundation Level Certification or similar is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing is a plus. This is your role Provide leadership in reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical documents, and deliver meaningful feedback early in the lifecycle, influencing product and technical direction. Analyse, design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, exploratory, and regression testing; oversee their implementation by the QA team. Act as quality owner across multiple platforms (web and mobile) and devices. Lead test analysis, test design, test data creation, and test execution activities, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive the recording of detailed bug reports, ensure effective defect management, and track them up to resolution. Contribute to user story acceptance criteria, mentor team members in sprint activities, and champion quality throughout the agile process. Good understanding of CI/CD (build, test, deploy through Github/Bitrise pipelines). Contribute in the setup and maintenance of our test automation framework & infrastructure. Contribute in frontend performance testing tasks. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Lead test estimation and planning activities for projects of varying complexity. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and SETs to align on quality expectations and deliverables. Develop, maintain, and review automated test scripts (functional, integration, or regression) independently and mentor others. Drive test case reviews, share knowledge, and continuously improve QA practices and documentation. Champion continuous improvement of QA processes and test strategies across teams.
