Role Description The Senior Real Estate Broker will lead complex residential and investment property transactions, advising clients on market opportunities, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bucharest, with a mix of in-office client meetings, property visits, team collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and planning tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and listing properties, conducting property evaluations, preparing professional presentations and marketing materials, and coordinating viewings with prospective buyers and investors. The Senior Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle, from initial client contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves mentoring junior brokers, contributing to strategic business development initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to strengthen Global Home Romania’s market presence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Brokerage and Real Estate, with proven experience managing complex transactions and portfolios.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to build long-term client relationships and meet performance targets.
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Property, including valuation, legal aspects, and market trends in Bucharest and other Romanian regions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a real estate license or certification, and prior experience in a senior broker or similar role.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a growing, innovation-driven team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and comfort working in a hybrid office/remote setup.
• Fluency in Romanian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
