You’ll act as a key link between Recruitment and Delivery, working with candidates who have already passed initial screening.

Your main goal is simple:

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Reviewing candidates after recruiter screening stages

✔️ Conducting interviews and final evaluations

✔️ Matching candidates to the most suitable teams and roles

✔️ Presenting candidates to Team Leads, Captains, and clients

✔️ Ensuring open roles are closed within target timelines

✔️ Identifying bottlenecks and pushing hiring processes forward

✔️ Aligning closely with Delivery teams on hiring needs and priorities

✔️ Providing feedback to recruiters to improve pipeline quality

📚 What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate evaluation

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience in recruitment, coordination, or operations roles
