HDI Global Insurance Company is searching for a Casualty Senior Claims Specialist, a seasoned consultant who will be responsible for investigating and settlement of complex and severe commercial casualty claims. This member of the Casualty Claims team will handle product liability, construction defect, and construction liability claims. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies. Source and recruit active and passive candidates for specialized P&C insurance positions, including Underwriting, Claims, Risk Engineering, and Actuarial. Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate screening and assessment and provide hiring managers with market insight and recruiting recommendations. Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the candidate experience. Partner with People & Culture and Compensation & Benefits on competitive offers and offer negotiations. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, the ATS, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing tools. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS. Partner with approved recruiting agencies when external support is needed and ensure all agency activity follows HDI's Talent Acquisition process. Track and report recruiting metrics, including requisition activity, pipeline, time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer activity. Support recruiting events, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience. P&C insurance recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience recruiting specialized professional positions, particularly Underwriting and Claims. Strong sourcing and passive candidate development skills. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technology; LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. Travel Required: Minimal or as necessary. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range for this position is $100,000–$125,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
