Senior Recruiter (Makeup)

MAKEUP is one of the largest e-commerce projects in the online retail industry, with more than 200,000 products in its catalog and a presence across 40+ domains in different countries and language markets. We continue to scale our team and are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will help us attract strong talent and build a high-quality hiring process in close partnership with the business. This role is for someone who enjoys working not only with vacancies, but also with processes, data, and hiring manager partnerships. For us, recruitment is not just about filling positions — it is about building a strong team and contributing to the company’s growth. What you will be responsible for: Full-cycle recruitment: managing the entire hiring process for each vacancy — from conducting kick-off / briefing meetings to the final candidate selection and offer stage. Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional communities, and others. Conducting interviews — from initial screening conversations to in-depth competency assessments. Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring a transparent and well-structured hiring process. Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s recruitment processes. Creating a strong candidate experience and maintaining high-quality communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Working with recruitment metrics: analyzing data, drawing insights, and implementing improvements. Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database and ensuring the quality of internal recruitment processes. Monitoring the market, testing new approaches, and participating in HR initiatives. What is important to us: 3+ years of experience in recruitment. Experience managing the full recruitment cycle. Strong sourcing skills and experience working on challenging vacancies. Experience conducting different types of interviews and the ability to provide high-quality feedback. Understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with the business. Strong self-organization, initiative, flexibility, adaptability to change, and a results-oriented mindset. English B2 must. It will be an advantage if you have: Experience working in a product company or product team. Experience hiring for technical and product roles.
