Einleitung

Für eine Filiale wird eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Consultant gesucht. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion in der Beratung, bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und tragen aktiv zum Geschäftserfolg bei.

Aufgaben

• Beratung und Betreuung von Kund:innen vor Ort sowie remote
• Durchführung von Analysen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen
• Steuerung und Begleitung von Recruiting-Prozessen sowie Betreuung von Kandidat:innen
• Coaching und Mentoring von Junior Consultants
• Nutzung digitaler Tools für Kunden-, Projekt- und Prozessmanagement

Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechendes Studium
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung, Recruiting oder Vertrieb
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten
• Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CRM-Systemen und digitalen Plattformen

Overview

An experienced Senior Consultant is sought to play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting and recruitment services. You will manage the full client lifecycle, build strong relationships, and contribute directly to business growth.

• Provide advisory support to clients, both on-site and remotely

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in business or a related field
• Proven experience in consulting, recruitment, or sales
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in German; English is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital platforms
