Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Affairs, you will serve as a leader in reviewing, updating, and approving labeling designs for products exported internationally (outside of Canada and the United States). You will provide regulatory guidance across the organization, lead projects to ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. You will play a key role in addressing regulatory requirements for international markets and ensuring product labeling meets global standards. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Finance, and Operations to ensure regulatory and labeling compliance that protects consumers and brand reputation Provide guidance on regulatory requirements related to export of finished products Develop export certifications and assess product eligibility for international markets (outside of Canada and the United States) Create and maintain mandatory label copy including product name, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and claims Review and approve product names, formulations, descriptions, advertising, and packaging artwork for compliance with international regulations Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve labeling and regulatory challenges Share current regulatory knowledge and identify opportunities to leverage requirements for competitive advantage Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field 5+ years of regulatory experience within the food industry Working knowledge of international food regulations outside of Canada and the United States Experience across multiple food categories and product formats Understanding of food safety, allergens, and product development processes Strong research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a matrix environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and SAP Product Lifecycle Management systems Physical Requirements This role does not require work in a manufacturing environment or regular visits to plant locations. Work is performed in an office or hybrid setting, with extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Number of Days in Office: 4 #LI-MH1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-MSL Compensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
