Reward Analyst, Global Law Firm

Location: Remote or Chelmsford

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000

Working pattern: Full-time, with four days considered

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to appoint a Reward Analyst into their supportive and forward-thinking global HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented reward professional to join a firm that is investing in its global reward function and looking to strengthen how reward data, insight and reporting are used to support decision-making across the business.

Working closely with the Global Head of Reward, Reward Manager, HR teams and Finance, the Reward Analyst will support key reward activity including annual pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus processes, recognition initiatives, financial modelling and reward reporting.

The firm operates across a sizeable international office network and has seen significant growth over recent years. Key Responsibilities

• Produce reward KPIs, dashboards, reports and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Support salary benchmarking exercises using external market data and analyse market positioning.
• Prepare, validate and model reward data to support the annual salary and bonus review process.
• Produce financial modelling for budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, promotions and organisational change.
• Monitor reward costs and identify risks, opportunities and potential savings.
• Support pay equity analysis, data governance and pay transparency reporting requirements.
• Work closely with HR Data and Systems colleagues to maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Support strategic reward projects and continuous improvement activity across the total reward portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate dashboards and enhance reward processes.
• Keep up to date with market developments and legislative changes across reward, particularly within the legal sector.

About You

• Experience in a reward, compensation or HR analytics role, ideally within a legal, professional services or corporate environment.
• Strong experience supporting salary benchmarking, ideally with exposure to Willis Towers Watson methodology.
• Experience supporting annual salary and bonus review processes would be beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and advanced formulas.
• Experience producing dashboards and management information, with Power BI or Tableau experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data clearly and turn it into actionable insight.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical ability and confidence handling sensitive data.
• Understanding of reward legislation, governance and pay transparency requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and committed to delivering high-quality work.
