Job Advert: Senior Sales Consultant – Stanley Safaris

Stanley Safaris is an award-winning bespoke safari company, ranked in the top 10 in Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Safari Outfitters in2025 and 2026, designing tailor-made adventures across Southern and East Africa and select Indian Ocean Islands. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our small, expert team.

The Role

You’ll manage the full sales journey for high net worth clients — from initial consultation through to crafting fully bespoke, multi-country itineraries. No packages, no set routes: every trip is designed from scratch around private lodges, villas, and camps.

What You’ll Need

• Extensive experience selling to high net worth clients, with the discretion, polish, and consultative style that level of service demands.
• Extensive first-hand knowledge of Southern and East Africa — destinations, seasonality, logistics, and the boutique lodges and camps that define a true luxury safari.
• A track record in luxury travel sales, ideally within safari, adventure, or ultra-premium travel.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with discerning clients quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail — our reputation rests on getting every element of a trip right.
• Genuine passion for African conservation, community, and slow, immersive travel.
