The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Sales Manager to help drive international business growth by developing strategic relationships with global advertisers and agencies.

This is not a high-volume sales role. Success comes from understanding client needs, building trusted partnerships, and delivering tailored advertising solutions that create long-term value.

You'll own the complete sales cycle while managing and growing a portfolio of international clients across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Sell premium print and digital advertising solutions to international brands, agencies, and enterprise clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and senior decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across global markets.
• Grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage renewals.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience while building lasting partnerships.
• Represent the company at international industry events and conferences (optional but encouraged).
