We’re now looking for a sharp, highly organised Recruitment Assistant to help us find and hire great people as we continue to scale.

The Role

Your job is simple:

Help us find, screen and organise great candidates.

You’ll work remotely alongside our recruitment and management team, helping us hire primarily for sales and property roles.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Posting and managing job adverts
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates
• Contacting candidates quickly
• Sending and tracking video interviews
• Conducting initial screening calls
• Booking candidates into interviews
• Following up with candidates who haven’t completed the process
• Keeping recruitment trackers and systems completely up to date
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms
• Supporting managers throughout the hiring process
• Making sure strong candidates never get missed

• Able to manage a high volume of candidates without losing track

Recruitment experience is helpful, but attitude, intelligence and organisation matter more.

Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS/CRM systems, spreadsheets or recruitment software is a bonus.

Compensation

$1,000–$2,000 per month, depending on experience and ability.

Full-time, remote position.
