Regnology is a global leader in regulatory reporting, helping financial institutions, regulators, and tax authorities improve data quality, efficiency, and cost savings. Our mission: to safeguard financial markets through smarter, future-ready solutions. What you’ll do We're looking for a contract Salesforce QA Tester to support our platform team as we build out Revenue Cloud Advanced, a custom Lightning Web Component (LWC) front end for product discovery / browse flows, and an ongoing Salesforce-Dynamics 365 integration (built on Microsoft Fabric and event-driven patterns). You'll validate configuration changes, catch regressions before they reach production, and bring structure to testing across a fast-moving, technically complex org. This is a hands-on testing role, not purely manual click-through QA. You'll need to get comfortable with Salesforce configuration concepts (flows, sharing rules, validation rules, sandboxes) and ideally have some exposure to testing custom LWCs and integrations, not just the standard Salesforce UI. You'll work closely with our Salesforce development team - a mix of Architects, Developers, and Admins - collaborating directly with them to validate changes, reproduce defects, and coordinate test cycles. Key Responsibilities Revenue Cloud Advanced testing - validating Product Discovery / Browse Products flows, pricing logic, and configurator behaviour, including a custom LWC replacing the standard flow-based UI Regression testing - across sandboxes as new features and bug fixes are deployed (e.g. validating fixes to LWC/connector issues, pricebook and pricing behaviour) Integration testing - for the Salesforce and Dynamics 365 data flows (batch syncs via Microsoft Fabric/ADF, and event-driven flows via Platform Events/CDC to Azure Service Bus to D365) Configuration validation - sharing rules, validation rules, flow orchestration (including mobile approval flows), campaign/campaign-member setups, and permission/profile changes Test case documentation - writing and maintaining test scripts, tracking defects, and clearly documenting reproduction steps for developers UAT support - helping coordinate or execute user acceptance testing cycles with business stakeholders What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience, with at least 1-2 years testing Salesforce specifically Comfortable navigating Salesforce Setup, sandboxes, and basic configuration concepts (objects, flows, validation rules, sharing models) Experience writing structured test cases/scripts and tracking defects (Jira or similar) Strong written communication - you'll often be documenting bugs for a small, fast-moving team rather than a large QA org Ability to work with meaningful autonomy and manage your own testing cycles against sprint/release timelines Nice to Have Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ testing (pricing, product configuration, quoting) Experience testing custom Lightning Web Components (not just standard page/flow UI) Experience testing HubSpot / Salesforce integration Familiarity with Certinia PSA Comfort using AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test-case generation, test-data creation, and regression coverage (e.g. Copilot-style assistants or AI test-authoring in tools such as Provar/Testim/Tosca) Basic SOQL for data validation Exposure to integration testing (APIs, middleware, ETL/data-sync tools) Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Administrator, or QA-specific certs) - a plus, not required Logistics Contract engagement, likely structured as a fixed-term or rolling contract based on project needs Remote work, with overlap expected with Central European working hours for team syncs Engagement length and hours/week to be confirmed based on project phase - heavier during Revenue Cloud UAT and integration testing cycles, lighter during steady state Why you should decide on us Market Leadership: Join a global leader where our agile culture and innovative spirit allow you to shape the future of financial stability . International Scope: Take ownership of high-profile international projects and benefit from our global internal mobility initiatives . Growth & Mentorship: Access a wide range of our technical and functional training opportunities.
