Senior Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a distributed technology team supporting enterprise CRM operations. This role owns the day-to-day health of a complex Salesforce org, including RCA/CPQ configuration, automation, and cross-functional support for Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders in a remote, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment: user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
• Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes.
• Configure Salesforce RCA/CPQ: product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and guided selling.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations following platform best practices.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to support CRM processes and enhancements.
• Conduct impact analysis for new features and integrations.
• Support data migrations, imports, and exports (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Support system integration initiatives, including testing and user adoption.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Document configurations, customizations, and processes.

Requirements Must-Have

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce RCA and CPQ configuration, quoting processes, and customizations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, formulas, validation rules, and declarative automation.
• Solid understanding of standard/custom objects, the security model, and reporting.
• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and other native Salesforce tools.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
• Advanced English (C1) - required for daily written and verbal communication with US-based, cross-cultural teams.
• Self-driven and comfortable owning your workload independently in a remote setup.
