Job Title – Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location – Remote (United States)

Role Type – Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract with intended full-time conversion)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong background configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM.
• Proven Business Analyst experience with excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop current-state and future-state process maps.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business problems before proposing solutions.
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity by understanding the "why" behind business requests rather than simply documenting requirements.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure and support Salesforce CRM to meet evolving business needs.
• Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and solution opportunities.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps to support business transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business challenges and recommend effective, scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate proposed solutions to ensure they align with business objectives and user needs.
• Support a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset across Salesforce initiatives.
• This position is fully remote within the United States.
• This role begins as a 6-month contract with the intent to convert to a full-time employee.
• Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without requiring visa sponsorship.
