Position Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Abiomed SFDC support team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements for specific integration project. You will work closely with business analyst, stakeholders and other platform teams to understand their needs and design the proper technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize Salesforce applications by configuring objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Workplace: Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Argentina Must Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations 3+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other Salesforce technologies. Good technical foundation including Advanced structured programming Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing) Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Preferred Skills: Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred Professional Skills: Excellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-CG1 #LI-REMOTE
