Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its TE&S (Tech Expertise and Solution) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to design, develop and deploy complex Salesforce solutions. Main Responsibilities: Leading the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform. Architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams of developers, architects and analysts. Mentoring and coaching junior developers and conducting code reviews. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Developing and implementing best practices for Salesforce development, integration and deployment. Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to Salesforce applications. Implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party APIs. Writing and executing unit and integration tests. Creating and maintaining technical documentation. Hard Skills: At least 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components. Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services and middleware. Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect are preferred. Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership. Proficient in English (mandatory). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
